August's Employee Spotlight features Operations Manager, Joe Koppy. Born and raised in Sonoma County, Joe Koppy is all about people, teamwork and leading by example. When he’s not helping his team and clients succeed, you’ll find him fishing, camping, enjoying the lake or beach, coaching and watching sports with his kids, or spending time with his newest favorite person, grandson Brock. A lifelong 49ers fan with dreams of someday earning his pilot’s license, Joe brings a strong sense of teamwork, loyalty and fun to everything he does.
