February 2026 Featured Employee Spotlight: Meet Ron Van Stone Born and raised in Santa Rosa, Ron Van Stone is a Sonoma County local through and through. His path to PCD started in the field as an installer at American Video Systems and later Cintas, where he built hands-on experience and a deep understanding of what teams need to succeed on site. Wanting to spend less time driving and more time supporting operations behind the scenes, Ron found the perfect fit in warehouse and inventory management. Today, he plays a key role in keeping projects running smoothly while helping the field stay equipped and efficient. His favorite part of PCD?
