Daniel Villagomez -Employee Spotlight

Born in Morelia, Michoacán, Mexico, and raised in Sebastopol, CA, Daniel Villagomez has been a dedicated PCD team member since 2007. What started as a summer job at the Galo Performing Arts Center turned into a fulfilling career thanks to a timely opportunity and a lot of hard work. Now based in Santa Rosa, Daniel is a cornerstone of our operations — always moving forward and staying focused on the task at hand.


Daniel thrives in an environment where curiosity and ambition are supported. He’s especially inspired by the way the company empowers employees to explore what interests them most. From hands-on projects to learning new skills, Daniel embraces every opportunity with enthusiasm. While he originally pursued automotive technology, it’s the AV industry that truly captured his interest — and it shows. We're happy to feature Daniel in this month's Employee Spotlight.
