PCD Employee Spotlight on Megan Dole

We’re so proud to have Megan on the team and grateful for the positivity, dedication, and energy she brings to our workplace every day. Megan Dole joined the team as our Executive Administrator after relocating from Omaha, Nebraska to Sonoma County in May 2025. Originally pursuing Film and Television in college, Megan brings creativity, organization, and a fresh perspective to her role. She was drawn to the company’s culture of growth and community involvement, a place where employees are encouraged to continually improve, learn new skills, and give back.
