At PCD, our people are what make every project, partnership, and installation successful. This month, we’re excited to shine a spotlight on Project Manager Preeti Suri, someone who brings leadership, resilience, and positivity to everything she does.


A Quick Introduction

Born in Punjab, India, and raised in California, Preeti calls the East Bay area home. What began as a career opportunity as a Project Manager has quickly become something more, as she’s fallen in love with the area’s strong sense of community, beautiful scenery, and relaxed lifestyle.


From problem-solving to collaboration, Preeti was drawn to a career where she could make a meaningful impact while continuing to grow professionally. At PCD, she especially values the culture of teamwork, trust, and mutual respect that defines the company.

Passions That Drive Her

Outside of work, Preeti enjoys spending time outdoors with her dog Maverick, exploring new restaurants, and making memories with family and friends. She also loves cooking and hosting, creating welcoming spaces that reflect the same organization and care she brings to her professional life.

She’s also a lifelong learner who enjoys developing new skills independently and stepping into leadership roles when challenges arise.

Life Beyond the Office

One thing many people may not know about Preeti is the level of responsibility she manages outside of work. As a single mom, she has developed exceptional resilience, composure, and time-management skills qualities that naturally carry over into her leadership style and project management approach.

Whether navigating high-pressure situations or helping teams stay aligned, Preeti brings calm confidence and determination to every challenge.


What Keeps Her Motivated

Preeti stays motivated by setting clear goals, celebrating small wins, and staying connected to the bigger picture behind her work. She’s also proudly a morning person, believing in starting each day with energy and momentum.
