Rick's path to AV combines a longtime passion for technology with a people-first approach to business. For Rick, empathy is one of the keys to building stronger customer relationships, collaborating with coworkers and creating a positive experience throughout every project.

Outside of PCD, Rick is just as passionate about adventure. From mountain biking and snowboarding to boating, kayaking and hiking, he's happiest outdoors with family and friends.
