Our commercial AV services program is designed to ensure your technology is always running smoothly. Minimize your support staff’s maintenance burden with our predictable monthly service plan.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE CAN'T FIX IT REMOTELY?

We can remotely remediate 30-50% of all room related issues, but if we cannot fix it remotely, we dispatch one of our onsite technicians to resolve the issue within 2 business days.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHAT SERVICE TICKETS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED OR GET UPDATES ON TICKETS?

We notify you of any issue that has surfaced via email or if not resolved, a service
call is set up.

WE DON’T HAVE THE BUDGET FOR A SOLUTION LIKE THIS, HOW WILL I PAY FOR IT?

When comparing the costs structures, we generally see a 15-20% reduction in cost over the life of the system when utilizing our program. Generally, organizations have a budget for “service calls” and these solutions can fall into that category. We can also offer AVaaS (Audio Video as a Service) which will make your investment in Audio Video an operating expense versus a capital expenditure.
